Creating a new retail channel
We created a new retail channel – the gym – for Reebok to bring the point of purchase closer to the point of consideration for shoppers.
Through using our Behavioural Decision Journey we identified that people mostly thought about buying fitness kit when at the gym, but retail in this environment was limited.
If we could connect on-line to off-line and develop a modular kit of parts Reebok could unlock a whole new retail channel.
We created a new on-line and off-line gym retail experience to bring the purchase point into the gym environment. Creating a better, more convenient purchase experience for consumers at the point of consideration.
